The first step to getting your weight under control is to keep a food diary to track what you are eating. If it's not easy to keep your diary updated, you are not going to do it.

Kilo gives you easy access to your food diary, whether you are at your desk, or on the go. It's actually easier than pen and paper because it remembers your previous foods and exercises, lets you duplicate previous entries, and gives you a link that will search the internet for caloric values of foods that are new to you.

All you have to do (in fact, all you can do) is enter the food you eat and the exercises that you do. Kilo will keep track of your total for the day in relation to the daily calorie budget you specify on your settings page. Stay under your target every day and you'll lose weight. It's really as simple as that.
